We’ve designed AITourPilot to be as intuitive as possible. Visitors can simply choose AITourPilot during online ticket purchase or scan a code on-site. Our interface is straightforward, and for staff, we handle the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Staff primarily assist with basic questions or troubleshooting, if needed.
We take data security seriously. Visitor profiles are anonymized, and personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR (if applicable) and other relevant regulations. We only store what’s necessary to deliver and improve the AI experience.
When it comes to the data your museum provides to train the AI, it is securely stored and used exclusively for your institution. Your data will not be used to train general AI models or shared with other museums, ensuring that only your AI is tailored to your collections. We strictly avoid any practices of data scraping or unauthorized usage, so you can trust that your data remains private and secure.
You’ll see metrics on exhibit popularity, dwell times, user engagement (e.g., how often visitors ask questions, which stories they follow most), and general feedback. Additionally, our AI provides deeper insights into visitor reflections, emotions, and questions about specific artworks, helping you with exhibit planning, marketing campaigns, and operations—like staffing or signage placement.
We offer two main models:
• Revenue Share: AITourPilot charges 50% of the revenue gained from selling the app alongside admission (e.g., if the app is an add-on).
• Per Visitor Fee: If the museum provides the app at no additional charge, we charge a flat fee (e.g., 2.5€ per visitor).
We’re flexible and open to discussing the best fit for your institution.
Our onboarding capacity is currently reserved for a select number of museums at a time to ensure each launch is seamless and personalized.
